“Very outdated rooms”

“Put a do not disturb sign on the door and the maids knocked every morning at 830 like they didn't see it ... I even talked to them directly and told them this wasn't ok and they did again the next morning . I told the front end staff and they shrugged it off . I stay in hotels to relax not get woken up before I'm ready on my holiday . I'm so pissed I'm going to call the manager and freak out . Unbelievable”

“In the middle of the night, we kept hearing a creaking noise in our room, almost like someone was drilling. At first, I thought it was just a one-time strange noise, but it kept happening every 30 minutes. We were already very tired that day, and the repeated noise made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave early in the morning, so we didn’t have a chance to report or complain about it during our stay.”

“There was no breakfast, there was blood splattered on our bathroom doors, spilt food”

“Clean rooms awesome pool and hot tub excellent breakfast waffle maker, pancakes. The staff was awesome very helpful understanding”
