"Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel very nice.. rooms, while not huge, are very well thought out. Continental breakfast was nice. But.. the most important thing is that the staff is super!! We especially enjoyed meeting Tanedig❤️. "

The location was walking distance to the outlets, and many other stores and restaurants. We walked to the American Music Theatre for our concert also. Breakfast was great too. Staff was courteous and very accommodating. I’m in a wheelchair and the hotel was very accessible. "

"We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster. The location is great and is within walking distance of most everything, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service. The door to our room did have a gap from the floor and so we could hear everything in the hallway. "

"The best thing about it is that it is located inside the facility where we went to compete in volleyball. It allows you to rest in the room between matches, which makes everything very convenient. The breakfast is good and costs about $15, and the restaurant also offers healthy options for meals."
