“Nice facility. Friendly staff. Clean pool. We had a problem with verifying the reservation we made 2 months before our stay. They checked us in by Name, not by confirmation code. And ended up charging us again for the stay. When we called them about it they said WE had double booked 2 months ago and one was charged for a no show. They could not credit the new charge only the one from 2 months ago. We paid $150 more. Our confirmation code was the same for both mine and my husband's names....

“This was an amazing property. We highly recommend it and will be back if we’re in the area again. It was our final stay after leaving Yellowstone. The drive from the NE Yellowstone entrance to the lodge is a beautiful and terrifying experience through the mountains. It is worth the extra time to get there though. The creek behind the property provides a relaxing background, with plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the surrounding nature. The staff were all super friendly and the room was spacious...

“I have stayed there in the past and the price nolonger justifies the stay. Communication at checkin is rudimentary at best, very basic. There was no hot water in the morning then at 6:30am it was turned on. Won't see me again.”
