Bolongo Bay Beach Resort

"I loved the size and location of Bolongo Bay Resort, and there were no sounds of roosters. My ocean view room was calming and relaxing. I loved looking at the water and sky. To me, the food was amazing. The bar did an excellent job making the non alcoholic drinks that I ordered, and I absolutely loved the breakfast, lunch and dinner choices at the Oasis and Iggies. All of the staff that I encountered were kind and willing to help if I needed anything. The people were one of the best features at this resort along with the view and location of the Caribbean Sea. Also, Jonathan was simple outstanding. He shared things to do on the resort, gave a tour of the resort and gave a history lesson about the resort. I found that I love kayaking. One thing that could use more attention are the rooms, at least the room I was in. The bathroom and room could use a fresh coat of paint. In addition, for housekeeping the ceiling fan blades could use dusting along with the head board on the beds. In addition, the a/c worked but the remote was very temperamental a few times. The balcony door in my room was very difficult to open on the last day of my stay due to the humidity. The shower could use some bleach to get rid of some of stains on the shower walls. The bathroom sink drain worked but the water drained slowly. And the curtain rod needed adjusting so that the curtains can opened without the rod falling. Overall, I love this resort. The all inclusive meal choice with the room was perfect."

"I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in St. Thomas, USVI, and I can truly say I had an awesome experience from beginning to end! The hotel was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. My room was comfortable and inviting, the location was convenient, and I really enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere of the property. The breakfast was another plus, with a nice selection to start the day, but what really added to the experience was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful, which made me feel right at home. It’s hard to choose just one thing that stood out because everything came together to make my stay enjoyable—the cleanliness, comfort, amenities, breakfast, location, and excellent hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas to anyone visiting the USVI. I will absolutely stay here again!"

"Most of the staff were friendly. For the most part everything was clean. The hotel rooms need to be cleaned behind the shampoo dispensers and the floors in the common areas of the hotel room should be swept as sand gets tracked into the rooms. Food is pretty good. "

"Beautiful resort with beach front access! There are also water activities available right on the beach as well as the floating taco bar. All staff were helpful, friendly and always available to assist if needed. Will def return to stay here again in the future!"
