I just didn't like the way they folded the pillows and the bed cover was a little old. Overall a very good hotel for short stay. Very close to I - 95 and a lot stores to go shopping"

"Everything would have been perfect except for one thing; the internet was horrific. This was disappointing considering the Hyatt brand. The internet was so bad, I felt as if I were in a hotel located in an undeveloped country. With 10 Mbps it was slow, frequently disconnected, and extremely unreliable. An absolute nightmare. I had to go to a cafe to get reliable internet. The staff on the other hand was was wonderful. They tried to address any concerns I may have had. So because of them, if the internet wasn't so horrible, I would have given this place 5 stars. "
