This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Avia Hotel. It is a lovely family owned hotel that offers a fantastic breakfast. The staff are very friendly. It is very clean and ideally placed within easy walking distance of the town and all it's attractions.

Lovely privately owned hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great selection at breakfast. All it lacks is tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Close to many amenities

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was amazing and the room very comfortable. Only negative was no air con while it was so hot.

Nice familyhotel with good parking

Nice and neat familyhotel. Good service and free parking. Easy to find and there is a big shopping center close to hotel. Rooms are modern, but the facade from the 70'es gives a different impression. A nice surprise was the hotel owner or manager, an old gentleman, greeting all visitors personally during the breakfast and wishing them Guten Morgen.

Great location and breakfast

We recommend this hotel for your stay in Regensburg. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was perfectly clean, well prepared for our arrival and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Location of the hotel is great! Only few minutes from the highway and in a walking distance from the historical city centre (approx. 15 minutes). Breakfast was delicious and rich! Restaurant in the hotel also serves dinners. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel Avia offers free parking.

War alles prima! Sehr schade war nur, dass das Licht in sämtlichen Räumlichkeiten sehr grelles Weißlicht war. Nachts im Badezimmer wäre man sofort hellwach gewesen.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich netten und hilfsbereiten Personal. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in der Garage unterstellen, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Es liegt leicht außerhalb, aber man kann trotzdem problemlos zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen

Sehr gutes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr gutem Frühstück, wenn man es halt mit bucht. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir waren das zweite mal für ein bzw. zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise dort und können es sehr empfehlen. Wir waren immer im Nebenhaus untergebracht und dort war es nachts auch bei offenen Fenster immer noch gut erträglich mit dem Straßenverkehr.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war ok. Zimmergröße war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig (sehr lecker). Ca. 15 Gehminuten zur Steinernen Brücke. Der Preis ist für Regensburg sehr gut (unser bisheriges Hotel in der Altstadt ist jetzt doppelt so teuer und völlig überzogen!).
