Loved our stay at Fattoria degli Usignoli. It was clean, the pools were great. Perfect for a small holiday of relaxation in Tuscany. Of course, you need a car to get around. The only downside is not about the hotel itself, but more about the neighborhood around : there isn’t so much to do around. So you will need a car to go around Tuscany and need to drive minimum an hour and a half to visit the nicest villages of Tuscany. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!

The property is like a mini resort. I absolutely loved staying here. Our cabin was nice and cozy. It is a bit of a crazy uphill drive, but totally worth the effort! Excellent breakfast options as well.

This is a unique and lovely property. It is perfect for a romantic getaway. The property offers breathtaking views, great sunsets and a very inviting pool area with a huge pool to relax by. The friendly staff just made it even more enjoyable. We will be coming back.

The most beautiful and magical place on earth. We video called every family member back home in Canada while at the hotel to show them the grounds. The hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the pools, to the gardens, doves, chicken, tennis courts, the walking paths and even an equestrian center. I am so sad that we did not have more time to spend there. 100+ recommend this property. My husband and I went for a before dinner drinks and the waiter brought us bread and oil and picked us fresh strawberries from the garden. Absolutely in love with this place and no hotel along our journey if Italy has compared.

Don’t let one person ruin a great time

Our stay was amazing apart from a rude waiter at dinner who also had an altercation with another couple. The room was very cute and the pool was amazing. The food was also really amazing and you should try the house wine. Worth the drive.

Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience.

Working farm n equestrian center. The only thing I didn’t like was the second floor bedroom, up steep flight with no railing, just the walls. The outside was perfect….many walking trails and multiple farm animals that our granddaughter liked. Plus playground.

Only good thing is the surroundings

This place has so much potential as it has a beautiful view and the surroundings with the gardens are beautiful but that's also the only positive experience. The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. It stuck on my clothes despite washing for some time after.The dinner was probably the worst I've ever had through all the times I've been to Italy. One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best. The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked. I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it.

The property itself was beautiful and we really loved using the pools. They were gorgeous. My only complaint was that the bathroom is so small and everything is squished together. The bidet basically touches your knees while you’re sitting on the toilet.

The exterior of the property is beautiful, however the stay was ruined by a lack of communication and rude customer service. There was a booking discrepancy initially and the staff was informed. Additionally the booking site states the base rate was for 4 guests. Upon check-out I was shocked my an enormous upcharge that was not disclosed at check-in. In the future I will not book here or recommend this location to my clients. Also of significance, this is not a user friendly drive after dusk.
