He spent 2 days of his time helping us to get our car going again, negotiated with the car hire company and with the hotel where we had missed our reservation. "The beach is nice and clean but the hotel close it for guest use from 8 pm to 7 am The property condition is poor - broken tile, outdated furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, no safe in the room, etc. At arrival I had to wait one hour before they check in a large group of guests. "Excellent customer service. The manager was extremely helpful. We arrived early and we were allowed to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."
