"Front desk staff were rude. In our 60’s and 70’s and we’re told we could not sit in lounge at 8pm as the restaurant closed at 8. Personnel cut lights off and told us to leave."

"It had been updated, you can tell where it’s lacked. The carpet is disgusting. Our room floor was so dirty, our feet were filthy just walking. It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Wouldn’t stay again. The front staff is very nice however. "

"Breakfast was really good. Kathy was so nice to help us with anything we needed. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the pool was supposed to be heated but they didn’t have the heater on. It would have been nice to be able to take advantage of a heated pool. Thank you to all the hard workers at the hotel for making our stay possible."
