“This was an absolute beautiful and immaculate bed and breakfast farm house. A lot of history. The hospitality was exceptional and the home-grown food was outstanding. The love and care that Richard and Nancy have for their guests make you feel like family. Most certainly a place that you will look forward to staying again.”

“The property is completely misrepresented. It is big, unkept, dirty and uncomfortable. You have to climb up on a 3rd floor with no elevator available. The rooms are big and spooky with some kind of statures of Indians. Beds are uncomfortable. The pool is there and trash is swimming there as it is not available for swimming. Awful!”

“We came up for the Half Marathon weekend and it could not be in a more perfect location. It was walking distance to the race and right in the middle of everything Bird-In-Hand has to offer. Bird-In-Hand is an adorable community and staying one of the Smucker Family properties gives you access to an amazing 2 hour bus tour of the area. The breakfast was great and they even opened it early on race morning to fuel the half marathoners. The innkeeper was very helpful and answered any questions. ...
