"Booked a standard room. Room size is ok but the shower in the bathroom is quite small. Sound proof is not that great. We could hear those walking outside the corridor or even heard the next door returned to the room and switched on the light! There was supposed cleaning provided but they only emptied the trash bins. There are only handwash, shampoo/body wash and conditioner which are average in quality. You would need to bring other necessities with you. The plus sides are the breakfast which has good range of selections and location is convenient. Airport express and bus stop are right outside the hotel. Therefore, easy traveling around the city or between airport and hotel."

"The stay does not include breakfast, but there are snacks available for purchase, and there’s a McDonald’s just down the street. The location is excellent, close to everything and surrounded by local restaurants, polar museum, sauna & cold plunge, magic ice bar, all within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Definitely recommend!"

"Friendly, helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Lovely room overlooking harbour, armchairs in room to sit and look out. Bed very comfortable, room was warm, not too hot. Food - excellent, lots of choice at breakfast, evening meal very good. Was advised at check in that rooms not cleaned everyday, this suited us as didn’t need/want this, if we needed anything we asked and this was addressed straight away. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely book again."
