The view in the morning was definitely a bonus, it was pretty clean however everything offered was pretty bare minimum, the couch in our room was more like a dog bed haha.. for a one night only stay tho- does the job

Very stunning view, especially from the car park. Cozy and warm villa. Very good service and friendly staffs. Close to 7-11 and Family Mart with other restaurant too!! Highly recommend.

Welcoming staff, spacious room, nice balcony view.

Staff are extremely helpful, willing to wait for our mid night arrival, happy to answer our questions and requests. Room condition is clean and fair in general. Good view to the famous mountains from the balcony. Wouldn't mind to stay again.

the owner was very friendly. Breakfast is the usual porridge and breads. Coffee and water dispensary is available 24hours and nearby. morning view is great for sunrise. location is within walking to 7-11 and family mart.

In any other place, I would have given this 4 stars. However, given the shortage of reasonably-priced, top-notch hotels around the lake, my 5-star rating reflects what was available for Taiwan. The room was very nice, and the hotel was close to the bus station and to the start of the trails around the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our entire stay around Sun Moon Lake a great experience. Any issues we experienced, such as a slow elevator, narrow stairs, too few electrical outlets, etc., were very minor, and are to be expected throughout Taiwan. One thing remember: Take your key when you go out. Without it, you won't be able to get back into the hotel after 9:00 as the staff are off. Ask the staff about the local restaurant serving local mountain vegetable-based dishes. You won't regret it.

The hotel owner was not helpful at all. We have several huge heavy bags and she refused to help us to carry the bags down to our floor. We have to take the lift down and climb a few flight of stairs. The bed was rock hard and lastly we asked to borrow a few clothes hanger and the owner almost argued with me! Very ridiculous!

環境風景很好 房間內 浴室框偏低 170cm一直撞到頭 房間西曬 有冷氣但不能使用 要把全部窗戶打開 空氣對流才會很通風 隔音很差 半夜有車經過完全被吵醒 夏天來清境蚊蟲多但空氣很好很舒服

入住兩晚，但是： 1、週五晚洗澡時水流小，熱水需要等很久才有（可能只有我們入住），週六晚才恢復正常。 2、第二天沒有打掃整理房間。 3、兩天的早餐都是同樣的菜色。 4、沒有房間拖鞋。 5、只有浴巾。 6、小蟲、蒼蠅、蚊子不少。 7、隔音不好。 8、冰箱及飲水在公共區域。

房間整潔有個很小露台，風景不錯可見茶園和山景，可看日出但可惜大霧看不到! 設備整全電器設備意想不到,有加熱床墊、風扇、抽濕機....等。 餐廳有露台可邊吃早餐邊欣賞風景但早餐選擇不多。 地點不錯附近還有餐廳和便利商店，步行約8分鐘就能到清境農場，非常方便。

地點優越 景色優美

位於清境較高的地區，景色壯闊，合歡奇萊能高美景盡收眼底。這一帶算是清境的 “鬧區”，步行10分鐘範圍內就有台灣最高全家和7-11及多家餐廳，且旁邊就有公車站牌（可前往翠峰、合歡山或下霧社、埔里），不開車也很方便。房間和大廳都有美好山林景致，悠閒坐著享用咖啡茶飲，真的太愜意。

不是適合輪椅行動的飯店

館方訂房部不應承接已經事先告知，需要輪椅進出的房型，該店老闆雖積極處理，但無奈門檻太高無法順利進出，每次進出都需要人力連同輪椅搬運，真是令人不悅。
