Worth a visit

We had a couple of great days at this very welcoming place. Extremly friendly owners and staff. Good service, good food, nice garden and well filled brealfast buffé with lots of good things and good italian cappuccino. All enjoyable with a good view of the valley!! We aim to come back!

Well worth the stay

The room was in the basement , with absolutely zero view with a dirty little area not taken care of. There was nowhere to put a suitcase or more than one. There was something in the building that gave me an instant allergy attack…. Not super friendly when we told them we would not be staying. Super disappointed because it was near the top of the mountain and had an amazing view.

Hiking at Dolomites

Hotel has a very nice location on a hill in vicinity of Bozen. Service was friendly and room was clean. On the minus side there was lot of flies in the breakfast room which had to be constantly evicted. Also the rooms have extremely poor sound proofing. After I got a neighbor to a room next to me I was able to hear everything they were talking. Luckily they went to sleep early. The rooms don't have window blinds or thick curtains and you can practically see to neighbors room from other room's balcony unless you close the bulky shade doors that were blocked by balcony table. Also I did not like that the staff came to my room with their own keys without knocking two times during the same morning. With some small improvements this would ne a wonderful hotel, because the location is so beautiful and handy.

Good location, nice terrace, step in and out shower was borderline dangerous, AC did not cool the room very well, breakfast needs work as they need to add fruit and coffee to the menu. The music in the bar at night was loud and pretty bad with a pre/recorded dance track and a singer on piano that was more like karaoke than a live musician

Terrible Stay with Poor Maintenance

The room was dirty, with remnants from the previous guests. We had intended to use the pool, but refrained from doing so as it appeared filthy and was situated directly below the restaurant. Consequently, we opted for an early night, only to discover that the toilet was not functioning. We reported this issue, and although it was inspected, it was not fixed. This was a disappointing experience. Despite this, we did not get a discount. Furthermore, the area surrounding the hotel is poorly maintained, which significantly limits the view from the restaurant.
