"We absolutely loved this hotel. When we first checked in, we had an obstructed view balcony, I called down to the front desk and they moved us immediately. Anything we asked for, the staff was accomodating. The room was very clean, updated and had everything you could need. The pool area is so nice. I wish people would remove their towels when they were done with the chairs, so others could use them but that is everywhere you go. The food and drinks were pricey, but very good. The location is amazing and the beach service is on point. You just walk down and the hotel has a worker there to set up your chairs and umbrella. The location is also very convenient to bakeries and amazing restaurants. You can't go wrong here. We will definitely be back."

"We loved our time at Wyndham Rio Mar, enjoying both the adult pool and beach. The renovated room was quite nice. We would however liked to have known ahead of time that we were only going to have a cooler in the room not a refrigerator. We had bought perishables to keep in the room, but had to throw those out since it only kept our food at 45 degrees (which we were told is what it’s supposed to do). We’d love to see that information put on the website so others would know and even mentioned on the smart fridge so others won’t make the same mistake. Thanks so much for considering!"

"We only stayed at the hotel for a few hours, so we didn’t have much interaction or encounter any staff during our visit. However, the hotel itself appeared very nice and clean. Overall, it seemed like a good and comfortable place to stay, and we would consider it again in the future.”"

"Overall the lobby area is outdated, very dark. Resort fees are astounding, especially when you go to the pool area and umbrellas are limited in supply. Refills for tea at the Banyan grille are charged $6. Housekeeping staff were outstanding. Ice machine on our floor was dirty. Great entertainment!"
