Boa pousada, um excelente café da manhã

Sem duvida alguma é um excelente café da manhã, o melhor da região entre as pousadas que já estive na área. A parte de arquitetura dos quartos deixa a desejar. A infra estrutura de internet é muito boa (antena nos quartos), bem como a TV, com diversos canais. As camas são de molas e poderiam ser mais duras. Eu voltarei a esta pousada, mas existem diversos chales com muita dificuldade de acesso - se um hóspede tiver problemas de locomoção fica bem complicado. No geral, nota 8.

Excelente lugar, café da manhã e conforto.

Lugar incrível, atendimento excelente passei mal e pedi duas vezes para fazerem chá, os dois recepcionista fizeram com chá fresco e com atenção levaram até a mim, esse tipo de atendimento/ empatia que falta em muitos lugares, o lugar é muito lindo e ótimo para relaxar, chalés confortáveis só o chuveiro que mudava a temperatura rs. O café da manhã é espetacular muitas variedades e tudo muito gostoso, o bolinho de chuva com raspa de laranja e o pão de queijo deu até vontade de trazer pra casa, sucos da fruta. Certeza que voltarei mais vezes.

Pousada linda! Aproveitei bastante...banheira de hidromassagem, sauna, piscina aquecida. Chalé aconchegante, com lareira, boa cama, varanda. Café da manhã muito bom, estilo colonial. Ótimo e com potencial de ser excelente

O local tem um potencial para ser uma ótima opção de estadia em Maringá-RJ, mas falta zelo na conservação. Pequenas coisas como envernizar as madeiras do chalé, cuidados com cortinas e objetos quebrados, até vazamento de água da chuva pela chaminé da lareira. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados e muito prestativos. Outro ponto é o horário do café da manhã, somente após as 8:30 até às 11:00, o que pode ser um problema para quem pretende sair cedo para passear. Mas possui bastante opções saborosas. Pousada pet friendly, o que pode não agradar a alguns. Observação: Resenha do chalé 10.

Local ótimo! O local precisa de gerenciamento, vamos aos pontos: Chegamos ao quarto e o mesmo estava sem água, que descobrimos que era um registro estragado. Não havia lenha para lareira, tive que buscar em outro andar. Não havia uma par de taças igual para ser utilizada, ou seja, não combinavam e faz perder um pouco o encanto. Fomos para relaxar, mas fomos acordados as 8:00h por barulho de Makita cortando pedra para reforma da beira do lago externo. Café da manhã com pães de fabricação própria duros (acho que era do dia anterior).

O Hotel tem uma infraestrutura muito boa porém necessita de manutenção. A área da piscina aquecida estava suja e a piscina com muito cloro. Sendo um lugar frio, essa area deveria ser melhor cuidada . As areas dos jogos, sinuca e ping pong, tb estavam sujas e mal cuidadas. Nas camas de solteiro do chale em que fiquei os lençóis eram de pessima qualidade e um deles estava rasgado. A limpeza dos quartos é feita na parte da tarde, outro ponto negativo. Chegamos do passeio quase as 15h e nosso chale ainda nao havia sido limpo. Pontos positivos: Excelente cafe da manhã, proximidade ao centro de Maringá, belíssimo lugar.

Pousada com chalé muito espaçoso, banheira grande, camas bem confortáveis. Área externa grande, lago com peixes, parquinho, piscinas (1 aquecida). Nossa estadia atendeu às expectativas. O chalé é bem aconchegante. A hidromassagem funcionou perfeitamente bem. As instalações estavam bem higienizadas. O café da manhã foi muito gostoso, com muitas variedades de queijos e frutas. A localização é ótima. Um local bem silencioso mas próximo a rua de restaurantes e comercio.
