This resort was absolutely incredible! From the mouthwatering food to the friendly staff, every moment was a delight. The easy access to the stunning ocean made the experience even better! I can't express how fantastic this vacation spot is! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for—what an unforgettable trip!

We were greatly pleased with our stay at this resort, the staff there were all exceedingly friendly. We visited several resorts and this was the first one where we found the food from starters to main dishes, and even the desserts, to be absolutely delightful. The only minor inconvenience we encountered was that the water in the shower was constantly leaking, and the door to the toilet would not close, we did inform the reception about this, and they assured us that they would send someone, but unfortunately, no one came.

The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities.

Extremely well managed hotel. Everything was clean new and staff helpful. Property is nice. Quiet relaxing. Different foods every evening. Would definitely go back. Great place.

4.5/5, All in all it was a really good holiday. On the food side there is plenty to choose, fresh and it tastes very well. Service and personal were the cherry on top, always friendly and happy to help with stuff even outside of the hotel.

In the advertising the beach was not described properly. It was very small ( maybe 10m)and not clean. Also if you’re looking for all inclusive it will be place for you. We wouldn’t have booked. No other negatives. The hotel is in great location.

The hotel grounds and greenery were extremely well kept up. The buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was basic but internet was reliable. Television was mainly German with some Greek channels which makes sense as the majority of the guests were older Germans. The pretty beach was very accessible and swimmable,got lounger with no problems each day. Negatives- horrible smelling cleaning products used especially the lobby (overpowering) and the area around hotel is not very walkable.

Friendly staff, very very quiet, nice pool-area, nice hotel, ok food. This is an adults only hotel, so very strange that the pool bar closes at 17.30 when that is the nicest time to relax by the pool and have a drink. No lounge music, very poor cocktails, not what I had expected from a “5” star adults only hotel. The “gym” was not for free, a small room with 3 machines - once again not what we had expected.

A bit outdated, but overall a great property. We stayed for 3 nights. Had a bit of an issue with the bathroom flooding when we showered, not quite sure what caused it...I was also quite surprised that you can't get an iron if you need one. You can only use the hotel laundry services which of course will cost you. Excellent, quick and attentive service at the restaurant, the food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner! I quite enjoyed the stretching and aqua dance classes offered by the animation team from Forever Fun, but definitely recommend they use microphones when conducting them!

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr modern mit Touchpads. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer von Top Qualität. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Nur die Umgebung ist reaktiv tot und der Bus fährt recht umständlich und lange in die nächste Stadt. Auch Restaurants oder ähnliches gibt es nicht der Umgebung. Neben dem Hotel ist aber ein Laden, wo man Lebensmittel, Getränke, Souvenirs, usw zu günstigen Preisen gibt.

In diesem Hotel ist alles rundherum einfach nur super. Besonders zu erwähnen die Sauberkeit und außerdem die Freundlichkeit des Persoanls. Das am Pool veranstaltete BBQ war ein absolutes Highlight. Ein wirklich ruhiger und erholsamer Uraub. Wer Annimation braucht, kann einfach rüber ins Kreta Star gehen.

Propre, confortable au niveau literie, Fonctionnel au niveau de la douche, design au niveau des commandes d'éclairage . Par contre, climatisation défaillante le premier jour et peu efficace ensuite, après intervention. Pas facile de dormir quand il fait chaud et humide. 2 Piscines à eau salée, sans plus... Les horaires d'ouverture sont surprenants Ouverture vers 10h et fermeture 18h30 Demi-pension exceptionnelle, tant sur les quantités que la qualité des plats proposés...

Super lækker buffet.

Dejligt sted, hvor vi har været før (nabo hotellet). Vi havde booket på nabo hotellet, men pga. Covid 19 var det lukket. Vi blev opgraderet til bedre værelse, husker nabo hotellet værende bedre. Meget fin buffet, fin og trygt betjening. Nødvendigt at have en bil da det er langt fra "Alfavej".

super mit kleinen Mankos

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die große Wiese mit den Liegen direkt über dem Strand war wirklich toll. Das Essen war tip top und alles war sauber und sehr schön hergerichtet. 1x/Woche wird das Abendessen draußen rund ums Pool serviert, was auch echt was hermacht. Mankos gab es, aber die Beschwerden sind hier eher auf hohem Niveau: Zimmer sind altmodisch eingerichtet, der Lifeguard hält es am Strand zu restriktiv (es sollte klar kommuniziert werden, dass man bei Wellengang maximal 5m rein darf oder so, nicht alle 15min alle rauspfeifen weil einer weiter rein geht) Was wirklich negativ war: man bekommt bei Ankunft jeweils einen 15min-Massagegutschein - sehr nett, denkt man sich. Was man beachten muss ist dass der nur an den ersten 2 Tagen eingelöst werden kann! Danach wird einem erzählt "na wenn sie ihn nicht verlieren wollen, buchen Sie doch Massagepackage xyz für 150€". Ich war dann doch sehr wütend. Ein Gutschein ist ein Gutschein und ich wäre nicht einmal abgeneigt was zu buchen. Nach der Aktion war das Interesse an jeder Massage jedenfalls weg. Die Massage-Damen gehen auch ständig am Strand herum und wollen ihre Sachen verkaufen und reden viel zu laut - nervig! Aber wie gesagt, insgesamt hats gut gepasst und die Mankos waren eher klein - wir haben unsere 10 Tage dann doch sehr genossen.
