We had a delightful stay. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff were great. Room clean and spacious. Check in and check out were efficient. It’s a boutique hotel and we stayed in their adjoining unit, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Charlotte made eggs from scratch. The only downside is it didn’t start until 8:30. We are early risers but we adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone was so wonderful! From the moment I’ve arrived Manos made me feel very comfortable- he is amazing. He helped me so many times with any questions or concerns for my travels! Eva was a delight every morning- she was so sweet and attentive, always smiles and just makes your morning so much better - she is like a Rey of sunshine. Anna is one of the great people I’ve met- she is also so attentive to every detail and your needs. Very kind and happy. Everyone makes me feel like a part of their family and I didn’t want to leave. Yes, I loved my super clean and beautiful room, but it’s those people who made this stay unforgettable and it! I will decently return! Thank you Manos, Eva and Ana!!!

Superb choice

We had an excellent stay at Casa Moazzo. Beatiful suite, The Executive suite, new and with private terrace. Very sentral, but quite surrondings. Excellent for walking to beach in day time and exploring and eating well in the old town in the evening before walking back to a nice sleep in a lovely suite. Perfect for a couple, but had an extra bed in a small "attic" we didn't use. The included breakfast was nicely prepared and served in very nice area. Service minded smiling staff made the start of the day perfect. The owners where very service minded in it is clear they love to make the stay for their guests as good as possible. Based on the good review from others we had very high exprectations, and in fact they where more than met. We'll be back!

Unbelievable in every way. The building and the room and especially the staff were amazing. We will definitely be returning. We are avid travellers so have experienced a lot of accommodations. Que dire sinon que tout était parfait ! Le studio dans l'annexe à deux pas de l'hôtel est superbe, l'emplacement parfait pour visiter Rethymnon, le petit déjeuner excellent et ce qui ne gâte rien le personnel d'une gentillesse exquise. Une seule envie c'est d'y revenir...Et encore merci à Anna pour le cadeau d'anniversaire!

Magnifique séjour passé dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé dans la vieille ville. Tout à 10 minutes à pieds. L'hôtel est sublime, très bien décoré et très confortable, on ne manque de rien. Le personnel est au petit soin avec ses clients, gros point positif nous avons été accompagné du début à la fin par une adorable personne de l'hôtel qui parle français, qui nous a conseillé sur les restaurants et lieux à visiter. Si un jour on retourne en Crète, nous choisirons à nouveau le Casa Moazzo

Skønt hotel på alle parametre, hvor du føler dig hjemme. Fantastiske ejere/personale som er så søde og hjælpsomme. Lækker morgenmad med lokale råvarer. Dejligt værelse med alt hvad du behøver. Skøn beliggenhed på rolig placering, men tæt på alt. Vi har været så tilfredse og vender helt sikkert tilbage! :-)

Stay in a historical villa!

Amazing property, outstanding service, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, and walkable to everything in Old Town. If you appreciate architecture and history, then this is the place to stay. Adjacent location to the Cathedral makes it easy to find after a late night dinner. They even provided us beach towels when we mentioned we were going to the beach! We will definitely return and wished our stay was longer.

The property is beautiful and in an excellent location to visit Rethymno. The staff, from the owner to the cleaners couldn’t be more helpful and nice, full of advice, recommendations and smiles! They made my girlfriend’s 30th birthday extra special with the little touches that are so often forgotten by chain hotels. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Charming hotell in the heart of the old town

We stayed for two nights. The hotell is situated at the heart of the old town. It was build at 1906, but quite recently renovated. A lot of the old structure and surfaces are tastefully preserved. The room was quite large. The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful. Although located at the old town, we did not hear much noise during the night but we heard the church bells in the morning. It was a great experience to stay at this hotell and we would highly recommend it.
