"If I could give a rating of 5+ for the service, I absolutely would!! I rated the area around the property 4 stars only because of the construction in the area but the front desk staff personally helped us find parking in the area which was absolutely wonderful. Our meals at the restaurant were delicious and the restaurant staff made the experience memorable! I would stay here again & would recommend to family and friends."

"Parking can be challenge. It’s on a gravel lot that you need to walk to from the hotel. Room is not huge but clean and upgraded. Breakfast is good, an excellent variety of selections. This was the first and last hotel we stayed in Iceland, we will definitely come back again! "

"When you enter the hotel, you can see that it is clean. The hallways are spacious. The rooms are clean with the necessary amenities. We felt comfortable immediately. "

"It's slightly off the centre of the city but still very walkable to ships and restaurants. It's self check in and out, but we had no problem with that. We were able to store our luggage before our check in time. The shower is very nice and the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again. "

"For Reykjavik, this hotel was in a prime walking location. Parking is just up the street in a parking garage for about $30 USD per 24 hours. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and professional, and our rooms were quiet and comfortable. We went in July 2025 and had a wonderful time. "
