There was no information online indicating that these facilities were subject to an extra fee, and we were only notified at check-in. Given that our stay cost £500 for two nights, I believe it is fair to expect gym and pool access to be included. I would strongly urge management to make these surcharges clear at the time of booking."

"Very attractive location a couple feet off Koenigsallee in “Little Tokyo” . Breakfast/Bar/Lounge with a view on the 11th floor . Rooms with a touch of Japan - interesting shower/bathroom-combination. Lobby with cafè/bar, souvenir and barber shop . "
