“The apartment was very nice and clean. Great location and we were able to get a free street parking spot a few doors down from the building. The only issue was the wrong access code for the building was sent via a message. After trying it multiple times I checked my email and a different code was sent after the checkin time. ”

“When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. “Meine Kollegen und ich hatten das Vergnügen während einer Messe in Düsseldorf im Apartmenthaus Lorbach zu wohnen. Die Korrespondenz mit Frau Lorbach, vor, während und nach der Miete war einfach top. Immer hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet. Das Apartment war gut ausgerüstet, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, war blitzblank als wir angekommen sind und die Umgebungen sehr ruhig. “Die Komunikation war einwandfrei. Das Zimmer war sauber,praktisch und neu eingerichtet. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass das Apartment mit der Toilette und Dusche neu waren.Alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Die Eigentümer haben mir alle meine Fragen sofort beantwortet und sind sehr freuntlich und offen. Gerne werde ich wieder dorthin fahren und übernachten, da ich das Gefühl hatte willkommen zu sein. ”
