Clean, well cared for property. Staff are amazing, very friendly and always happy to help with anything! The views of the mountain by the activity pool are BEAUTIFUL. We got upgraded to deluxe for our mini-moon, and the amenities are great for the whole resort! Sim-up pool is a great touch of convenience. Missing Atlantica immensely, will definitely be back! I recommend relax for the pool bar vibes, deluxe for the extra amenities and activity for families!

L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur Kolymbia, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. C'est un hôtel familial où la gentillesse du personnel et leur serviabilité sont remarquables. Hôtel avec un parc magnifiquement bien entretenu. La grandeur des piscines, le nombre de chaises longues permettent d'en profiter pleinement . Le buffet est varié et de bonne qualité Juste un tout petit bémol, il manque peut être quelques tables et chaises autour des bars Nous avons apprécié les sorties proposées via un service de navettes qui permettent de visiter entre autre Rhodes, Lindos etc...

Brilliant stay at Atlantica. My family enjoyed it here and the staff were very helpful. A lot of pools and restaurants to choose from. Great food selection and very good quality.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave! This was one of the best family holidays we’ve had. The hotel is perfect for families. Our girls loved the pools, waterslides and the high ropes course. Just be aware that some of the slides have a minimum height requirement of 120cm, and if you’re planning on doing the high ropes, make sure you bring proper trainers as Crocs aren’t allowed (we actually had to borrow a kind stranger’s shoes!). The food was excellent throughout our stay, with the Greek restaurant being a particular highlight. Our room was spotless and in a brilliant location right next to the pool, with a small play area for the children which made life so much easier. Every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The entertainment team worked incredibly hard, and the foam pool party was a huge hit with both the kids and adults. Our only minor criticism was that one member of the entertainment team repeatedly shouted “IT’S TIME!” very loudly through the microphone during his activities. It felt a little over the top and briefly took away from the otherwise relaxed and fun atmosphere. Overall though, this is a fantastic hotel that we’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly holiday. We made some amazing memories here and would love to return.

The perfect family vacation!!! the hotel is everything we could ask for, especially appropriate for families with little kids. the staff is super friendly, there are tons of activities, everything is super clean. plenty of pools, super fun water park. The restaurants are also a great treat in addition to the all inclusive food (hotel's restaurants and food spots next to the pools). excellent

Brilliant staff, excellent resort, the a la carte restaurants were fantastic quality food. Lots of snack bars and drinks bars. Multiple and various activities for children of all ages. Facilities were well maintained. Had a wonderful and memorable time!

The facilities, especially the pools, we're excellent. Food choice and quality in the 'Olive' was brilliant for a buffet. Wouldn't bother with Stars and Stripes (staff lovely but food not as good as the Olive). La Trattoria on the other hand served fantastic food and made a very special last night meal. Our flight was 12 hours after checkout, so they very kindly allowed us a courtesy room for a shower and freshen up. However the 30mins alloted time was only enough for a party of three, so larger parties might want to book two or for longer is possible. Overall, lovely place, nicely laid out and would come again, only perhaps a cooler time of year.

Perfect family holiday

We had a family holiday here this summer. Our first family holiday in school holiday time and I was really worried at how busy the hotel would feel, however the hotel even when fully booked never felt busy or crowded. We stayed in the relax area which suited us perfectly, our room over looked the pool and mountains beautiful views. We never had any problems getting sunbeds by the pool. As we have a 5 year old we ate early most nights and never had a queue of more than 2 groups/families in front of us to get into the buffet. The food was the best we’ve ever had. Constantly topped up or cooked fresh at the show stations. Desserts were amazing. We dined in the Greek and American also and the food there was also really good. The entertainment was fun and found this year we stayed out later to watch than we have in the past. Our little one loved the park area too. The waterpark is fun, good size slides for all ages. We would definitely come back again.

Stayed here as a family group of adults and older teens and unfortunately the resort did not deliver anything close to the advertised 5-star experience. The resort was clearly not fully operational for a large part of our stay. Several advertised facilities were closed or unfinished for nearly half the week. The noodle bar did not open until Monday despite us arriving Friday, the Paaru adults-only bar was closed for several days, and the Irish bar was still being renovated until Tuesday. This was especially frustrating as the Irish bar was advertised as the main indoor venue for live sports and evening entertainment. Because it was unavailable, we had to leave the resort and spend extra money elsewhere to watch major games. It also meant there was effectively nowhere comfortable indoors to sit during the cold and rainy weather, despite travelling with elderly parents and specifically considering indoor facilities when booking. Food was another major let-down. The buffet was repetitive, basic and nowhere near 5-star quality. Despite themed evenings being advertised, there was very little variation night to night and the buffet was often chaotic, with items running out well before service ended. Drinks were often machine-made, overly synthetic and poor quality, and there was nowhere to get a proper fresh coffee during the day. Most concerning was the incorrect food labelling, with vegan marked items listing milk, fish or egg allergens even after concerns were raised

The bathroom for the room I was given the first night wasn’t draining water properly. However my room was changed that night. The porter was really kind and lovely, apostolius (not sure I got the spelling correctly). The next day, I noticed the floor of the room wasn’t entirely clean and so I used the floor towel to wipe around. By the time we got back from breakfast we in morning, I noticed the cleaner paid attention and actually mopped the entire floor. Special thanks to the cleaner ( Augustine) who was observant and paid attention to that. The food wasn’t great for a 5 star with Limited options. I have been to 4 stars with better food options, taste and quality. The Greek night was okay compare with others. I think they can do better with the food options and taste. The people who deserve special kudos are the entertainment guys ( pedro and Agatha) and some of the kids club staff. They are super amazing especially Lara, Jess, Lia and the assistant football coach ( Joao). The entertainment is great for young kids. Older kids, 10 and above might not enjoy it that much. Most of the pools are super cold except one which is quite small. I think the main plus is the service you get from the staff itself. Hotel quality isn’t bad but there are better ones.

This was a very good family resort ideal for those with young children. I would suggest particularly so for kids up to the age of 10. There are lots of activities to keep the children engaged. Perhaps not so much for older kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Any issues were dealt with sympatheticalyy and quickly. They truly were an asset to the hotel. From porters, receptionists, guest relations, waiters and barmen. The greeks really love kids and that warmth they showed is very real. The hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The rooms were also really soundproofed! Never got woken up by banging, scraping, talking by others etc. Real plus for me. Pools were big but there is no deep end. Water only comes up to you waist as an adult. Ideal for kids but not if you want to jump and dive. Food was good. Options aplenty. Cocktails decent too. 5 mins walk to a beach. Ideal for a quick afternoon or early morning dip. No umbrellas though as its not part of the hotel. Beach is pebbly. 15 min walk to town of Kolymbia where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream etc. It's a pleasant enough walk. Overall, this was a really good family resort ideal for young families.

I am writing to share my disappointment following a recent stay at your property, which I booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, the condition of the public areas and pools was unacceptable. There appeared to be no cleaning staff present during the day, and even after dinner, the pool areas were not cleaned properly. A persistent unpleasant smell was noticeable around the pool areas. The children’s pool had visible green algae growth, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety. At the pool bars, I observed that glasses were merely rinsed, not properly washed, before being reused. This is not only unhygienic but also entirely below the standard expected from any hotel, let alone one marketed as a resort. Additionally, upon check-in, I was informed of a tourist tax that needed to be paid. This charge was never communicated during the booking process. When I contacted Expedia customer service, they were unable to provide any explanation, which was frustrating and unprofessional. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and as a result, I will not be booking through Expedia again. The only truly positive aspect of my stay was the hotel staff, who were consistently polite, helpful, and clearly working very hard under pressure. They seemed short-staffed, likely due to cost-cutting by management. If I were in charge of this property, I would seriously reconsider the current management team, particularly the Head of Departments, as there appears to be a lack of prop

Dream Resort

Dream Resort for Families! There's nothing that the kids could ask for that isn't available! The ultimate paradise for young and old! There are so many activities that you "have to" choose some of them; it's impossible to follow all unless you're a super athlete. The water park is the place the kids choose every day! There wasn't a day our 5-year-old daughter didn't ask to go there. Fortunately, the area is also for older children, so both young and old have fun. The service from the staff is truly on another level! Always willing to politely assist you with whatever you need! Everything is so orderly that you don't feel pressured, but rather you feel great because everything is under control and organized. Additionally, the resort is divided in such a clever way that you can find the spot that suits you at any given moment! You can easily find quiet areas for moments of relaxation! The variety of food is endless... many restaurants so you're never limited! The rooms are comfortable and functional! In closing, I would like to emphasize once again the exceptional service from all the staff! Highly recommended, especially for families!!!

Atlantica klassik hvor alt spiller.

Atlantica Village er lige så lækkert som de andre Atlantica hoteller jeg har prøvet. Alt fungerer - og selvom stedet er kæmpe, virker det ikke proppet med mennesker. Maden er virkelig god all inklusive mad - værelserne moderne og super clean personalet nice, og vores uptrade til swim up værelse var heller ikke af vejen😁
