Kostas and his team were extremely welcoming and helped answer all our questions about our visit to Rhodes. The hotel is in a very central location but still has a quiet feel to it. The room had been decorated to a very high standard and the breakfast buffer was delicious.

Wonderful newly opened boutique hotel in the old town of Rhodes. Amazing staff, especially Costas and Natasha - they are very hospitable and friendly. It is well located to explore the old town on foot -it takes 10 minutes to cover the entire old town. - Lots of food options nearby. The room was spacious and newly refurbished with complimentary breakfast; they also offer 2 bottles of water and juice and 2 Nespresso coffee pods.

The place is so pristine in cleanliness and I loved the area. It is a quiet neighborhood and you are far afar from a lot of people which we like. You can easily blend in with the locals who were very friendly. The staff specially the owner Kostas were so helpful and generous to help us in our dilemma from our ground transportation due to taxi cab. We will come back and stay here again the next time we wnd up in Rhodes Greece.

We stayed at Fabrizio for a special occasion, and the team truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. ​There was an initial mix-up regarding the specific room category booked via a third party versus what was assigned, but the this was resolved.Natasha was incredibly kind,attentive,professional and took care of everything and relocated us to a stunning suite that met all our expectations. ​Costas, Natasha and Julia were all exceptionally warm and helpful. Costas made us feel right at home and personally dropped us into New Town on day one when we were still finding our bearings. The team kindly arranged a room for us to freshen up before our late-night departure flight. The personal touches - a thoughtful chocolate cake, a fresh rose, and a lovely card for our occasion-made our stay extra special. ​Tip for future travelers: The property features unique heritage layouts. Because booking sites don't always detail every room style, send a quick message directly to the hotel before arriving to confirm your preferred suite. We left Rhodes feeling relaxed, thoroughly pampered, and so grateful for the warmth shown to us. We will definitely be in touch and staying at Fabrizio again on our next trip to Rhodes!
