"Did not disappoint. First time using an all inclusive package. And worked out so well. Generous on food and drink etc.
Staff fab, and genuine. Eateries within had good choice of menus, from buffet to 3 restaurants within. All good!"
"I am a seasoned global traveler, so my comments are based on my experience at the price point for the suite with pool.
Overall it was good; facilities need upgraded (e.g. caulking in bathroom, worn trim work)
Buffet staff was very nice, especially the seating hostesses. The food buffet was good. Eatery options on site were very good.
All said, I’d recommend this place; but if you are a Four Seasons type person that you will find this property “ok”"
"We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was clean. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Also, the food in the hotel’s restaurant was great."
"We had an amazing stay from beginning to end.
The rooms were clean with fresh bedding and towels daily! The staff were super friendly and helpful at the reception and bar."
"We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children to get all their energy out before bed. The rooms are a good size and our sea view room did not disappoint. Overall the hotel was a wonderful choice for us with plenty to do. The only thing we weren't too keen on was how the wifi worked. We were told that the tv must be on for it to work. It was pretty slow so we weren't fans of that."
"The hotel is excellent
Only the reception staff is not good as should be, very poor on solving problems
the other hotel personnel are excellent.
check carefully all your reservation needs before coming to the hotel in order not to get bad surprises."
