This is a Great Hotel and Great Staff as well the location is perfect inside the Old Town of Rhodes. It was my first time and found it on hotels.com and was extremely surprised in a Good Way with the Staff, the cleanliness and the comfort, with all being so close to the port and everything. I would Highly Recommend to anyone looking to visit the Old Town or Port of Rhodes.

Fabulous modern apartment in the center of the old town in an historic building. Met at the city gate by a member of staff with an electric buggy to take us and cases through. Amazing breakfast at the wine hotel full brunch menu and high quality drinks. Would definitely recommend

This is a fantastic hotel. We had originally booked into the wine suites, but they had a spare room available in the hotel and thought that would be better for us as a family of four. Very thoughtful. The rooms are spotless and the staff very friendly. On our departure, they drove us to the old Town gates to make it easier for us with luggage as we were catching an early ferry. We would definitely book again.

Be sure and don’t make the mistake we did which was booking the wine suites versus the wine hotel. We thought we were booking close in to old town at the Wine hotel and turns out we were in a completely different spot close by but different area that has security surveillance the neighborhood. staff was wonderful unhelpful but yet we weren’t where we should have been or so I thought the other issue was there was mold on the walls and we could smell paint so it seemed like they had just painted which is why I’m not giving it five stars I would give the staff of five stars for sure though!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a family suite which was a short walk from the main hotel. The hotel is in the old town with no cars allowed but there's a gulf buggy that the staff can use to take bags and, if needed, you to the room. Would happily stay there again

Die Unterkunft(The Wine Suites) war sehr schön und super sauber.Sie hat die perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden.Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht antreten , aber das Café in dem es gewesen wäre war wunderschön und sehr modern.Sollte ich jemals wieder nach Rhodos fahren werde ich diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle nochmals buchen.Sie war einfach wunderbar.
