O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado, com todos os itens necessários, só senti falta de ter tampa nos lixos. A equipe do hotel é bem educada e solicita, só achei desnecessário o serviço de frigobar batendo e entrando no quarto nas manhãs. O café da manhã estava impecável, inclusive, me arrependo de não ter pedido a receita do bolinho de aveia. Academia e piscina bem limpas e com uma vista maravilhosa. O único ponto negativo é o estacionamento que é pagoR$36 reais todos os dias, mas o hotel vale super a pena.

Não recomendo! O hotel está em péssimo estado de conservação. Velho com cheiro de mofo! A recepção totalmente perdida além de mal educadas. Não encontravam minha reserva e depois cobrarm pelo site e no local. Paguei por uma categoria de quarto e me colocaram em uma muito inferior. Vejam as fotos do que eles me venderam e o que me entregaram!

A única coisa que presta nesse hotel é o café da manhã. O hotel Transamerica é o que sobrou do Ibis Style e Mercure. O quarto está totalmente sem manutenção, sucateado, paredes e marcenaria descascando, ar condicionado cheirando úmido, quarto bem fedido. O colchão é velho e surrafo e os travesseiros horriveis. A equipe totalmente despreparada. Mais de 45 minutos para realizar o check-in e 1h para fazer o checkout. Pra piorar me cobraram 2 vezes. Uma pelo app do Hotéis.com no valor de 209 reais e outra no local no valor de 177. Me colocaram em um quarto inferior ao que reservei. Paguei pelo quarto duplo superior e me colocaram em um quarto simples. Péssimo! O mesmo aconteceu com pelo menos mais 5 quartos que estavam fazendo o checkout no mesmo horário que eu!
