"We had a hard time getting into the hotel… front door was locked so it tells you to press video intercom. We probably waited a good 5-7 minutes before someone came to open the door. Check in and out was easy. The area is less than desirable and the price is probably too costly for what it is. Basic dated rooms. Almost dangerous stairs to walk up (they’re raised and bowing?). I did see something about renovations but I didn’t see any. For a place to lay your head at night I suppose it’s sufficient. Lock your car doors and don’t leave anything visible. It’s that type of area. "

"Breakfast was amazing, hot tub was great, room was pet friendly, perfect for the whole family!"

"Staff were welcoming on arrival. Although not their fault, the unhoused population who came through the doors and asked another staff person doing maintenance if there was a pop machine available made us question safety at this location as the maintenance person pointed them down the hall to the machine. Then then loitered in the parking lot for a bit. The clerk ensured us that the doors are locked at night. While we waited for an uber to pick us up out front another patron checking in advised that his vehicle was broken into the prior year at this hotel. Difficult situation and not the hotel's fault but securing access 24/7 until the situation is resolved would make us feel safer about choosing this location in the future. Most likely will stay somewhere else when needing accommodation in the area. The room was clean and quiet. We didn't take part in the continental breakfast offering but it appeared quite full when we left."
