"Overall this hotel is cute, small and very convenient to Times Square. That's exactly what I wanted for my niece's 1st time in the city. Jun 2, 2019I bought an “i love New York”,didn’t receive that & gave us cash b/c they “forgot” to have it ready. We waited an hour to check in b/c our room was not clean, they “were booked out”, i had to pay for breakfast, even tho it was in my package
