“The room I stayed in smelled stale and mildewy. The fridge was leaking and the floor was sticky. I didn't take my shoes off. The bathroom was unfinished and there was either blood or rust in the tub. I ended up having to book another room the next morning and check in early just so I could get dressed for the wedding I was in town for. Never again.”

“There was confusion over the length of our stay (2 nights) every time we visited the office, including the time our key cards stopped working the second day. The room had a stale smoky smell. The towels were so threadbare they were translucent! We were provided a quarter roll of toilet paper with no holder in the bathroom so I had to fetch one from the office, along with coffee that was watery and worthless.
