Let me start by saying that the 2 staff members I encountered were amazing! Barbara and the General Mgr. I believe his name was Gary. They had excellent customer service skills and are very hard workers! I didn’t expect much for the price I paid… It was only $200 for 4 days and 3 nights! The hotel can use a facelift in the rooms. My room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service. The room itself was old with cracks and cobwebs, the mattresses were dirty, very soft, lumpy and flat. The bedskirts were stained beyond recognition. I only saw one roach my entire stay. The rear parking lot was in need of lighting as that’s where you’re suppose to take your pet for relief. Overall, my stay was fair. What made me stay although being slightly uncomfortable was the staff! You can’t get better customer service! Motel 6, if those 2 are running that hotel alone, shame on you and they deserve a raise. Those 2 are the reason you have any guests at all. They were wonderful!

Staff were really friendly. Parking was pretty open. It was pretty clean. Property condition was alright. Elevator was really janky and my door looked like someone tried crowbaring into it before. Pretty much what i would expect for a Motel 6. Nothing fancy, but good enough and i didn't have to throw hands with roaches so that's a good thing. A lot of food nearby and phone connection was good. Internet was pretty dog water though.

Checking in, the staff was very nice. However, the floors in our room were so dirty like they hadn't been mopped in months. My white socks were black. The lights on the walls were covered in dust, so much that they were yellow. I wish I had taken pictures, which I usually do. I really didn't feel safe there. Talking to another guest as we waited for the elevator, I mentioned that maybe next time I will take the stairs. He flat out told me not to do that, insinuating the stairwells are not safe My advice- look for another hotel for your stay.

Overall ok for the price. Cosmetic property damage & noticeable lint & sand on the bedsheets, but was ok. Bed was comfy, the room was overall ok on cleanliness, but it's evident they need more cleaning staff with things like the microwave needing a better clean, and a sign indicating limited towels at the front desk. My non smoking room did smell a little of smoke and had noticeable singe marks on a desk. So beware if you're asthmatic. I would probably stay here again next time I'm in the area - but not for more than 1-2 nights.

My room didn’t have a remote and the tv only had 4 channels. The room door wasn’t working most of the time we had to get new keys. The wall next to the bed was falling apart. The shower curtain was horribly mildew the bed sheets was dirty/horribly stained. The fridge was broken. The staff however was very nice about fixing the keys and they did give us a remote. My issue was when the lady came to with the shower curtain she wanted us to change it. That was a major no for me, i wasnt doing it.

First times the charm

Room was basic. No fridge, no microwave. Staff will heat and food up in their microwave if needed. Staff was the best part of my stay. Everyone was great. Thank you, to them all. Kinda noisy from outside my room. It wasn't unbearable, but, still noisy.

Room was not fully cleaned. Two pillows and thin sheets. Bathroom had hair from previous stay. Dead bug on ground. Roach up the wall on my way out the next morning. If you need a spot to lay your head for a few hours you get what you pay for. The staff was very kind though!

First of all the best thing was, the staff! The staff was truly amazing! But this place, this place was a mess. The room smelled like wet dog and mold and it was ice cold. The AC could not be adjusted. So either hot without the AC or cold with the AC. The beds were awful, the other hotel guests were loud. I can handle crying kids, but a blender and a domestic fight after midnight was insane. I'll never go back here!

The short Lady named Barbara was so nice& helpful. She understood her job& did it well. Even in a little difficult situation that occurred she held it very professionally. Sweet Lady& every other staff that was on duty while I was there was nice as well
