Only thing that I would have found useful to know prior to arrival is that you only get starter provisions such as shampoo, toilet roll & washing up liquid so if staying longer than a couple of days you will need to stock up on more of these."

"Convenient location in centre and well equipped apartment. Able to reserve parking space in a nearby covered car park.
Good sized apartment, only caution is that there is a steep spiral staircase between the kitchen and rest of the apartment. Also a number of steps up to apartment so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility."

"Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee!
Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

La documentation des différents appareils ménagers à disposition pourrait être mieux présentée en éliminant les langues dont l'usage est improbable et en s'assurant que celles nécessaires soient présentes (il n'y en a pas en français pour le micro onde) . Actuellement c'est très fouillis. "
