We had a mini bar in our room, but basically it was a trip into nearest town 7k away to get provisions. When we checked out in the morning, we were asked for payment . I explained and showed evidence that we had pre paid. Hotel clearly not used to bookings from Expedia. It was a little uncomfortable for all to say the least."

"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. I must say the staff was very kind however this was not enough to prevent the bad experience. Not impacting my rating and we did not need it but the restaurant at the...

"The decor in the suite is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. We stayed in the family suite and the second room did not have a door. The tea/coffee station in the suite is very limited. The breakfast offering is great, unfortunately the breakfast room is too narrow."

"Room was great, very clean but a strange layout. A bit of a maze to get from our room to the reception area. Had a high ceiling, almost looked like a refurbished hospital, but nicely maintained. Excellent location, close walk to town centre and Christmas markets. Parking was convenient and free."
