No, I dont work reception and the boss isnt here. This is as far away from hospitality as can be. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. ”

“We arrived a little early because it was very hot in the city center. Thankfully, our room was ready and the staff were so kind as to let us into our room early. I had read some reviews that were a little negative and was slightly concerned prior to our arrival. All the negative issues were non-existent for us. Our room was at the end of the hall, near the Autobahn and we did not hear any vehicle noise during the night. The beds were suitable for the sleep that we needed, though a little softer...

“Das Bett war zu klein für zwei Personen. Keine Klimaanlage, das Fenster ließ sich nicht ankippen und wegen Einbruchgefahr auch nicht ganz öffnen. Bei den herrschenden Temperaturen war der Miniventilator wenig hilfreich. Ansonsten gute Nähe zur Arena mit Parkhaus und Einkehrmöglichkeiten.”
