Overall a very nice place to stay. Cramped, but nothing out of the ordinary for NYC. Right in between Chinatown and Little Italy. Staff was nice, room was clean and modern.

long check in process after long journey. Wife stays there for business & wasn't happy with room for 10 nights. Hotel didn't know how to manage the" free morning coffee" perk. Destination fee of $52.23 incl tax daily was unexpected as law requires if be shown when offer is presented by expedia

Everything was great we even got to check in an hour and a half early? Great location too. Only issue was the room was cold and no fiddling with the thermostat would help.
