Just arrived back from a wonderful holiday at this hotel, we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel, rooms were spotless, breakfast good and the staff on the reception were just wonderful nothing too much trouble. Bus stop just outside the hotel to get you to the old town and station, lovely restaurants on the doorstep and beach area fabulous.

Clean room, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Nice swimming pool too. A couple of minor issues (in room 211) when my daughter couldn't get out of the bathroom, as the lock got stuck. Also, the plug in the sink got stuck down when the sink was full of water.

Arrived before 2pm and our room was ready. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy, towels changed every day if you want them to be. We had a sea view room with shutters on the windows. Road isn’t loud, peaceful nights sleep. Shower room Is big clean and nice. Plenty of mirrors and that’s usual for hotel rooms. Aircon in the room. Breakfast has plenty of options hot/cold sweet and savoury. Coffee machine with nice coffee. We didn’t use the bar but all drinks options are available Pool is small but nice area. Hotel location is good with bus available just outside.

It was a shame they gave us the wrong room type, without a balcony and side sea view, and the night check-in attendant would not change it. In the morning the manager eventually agreed. She cancelled the approximately €5 city tax and offered us a drink. It’s a bit odd they charge €15 to park but you are on gravel and cars are blocked in to get as many cars as they can into the space. For €15, I would expect better. The breakfast was very good and the main redeeming feature. The swimming pool was tiny and was right beside the street. The sea was across the road on the opposite side of the hotel. I don’t think we could get the Wi-Fi to work here and that was the case in all of the 7 hotels we stayed in during July.

Outstanding Resort Hotel.

Very professional staff and outstanding service on all aspects. This Hotel is truly a 4 star resort hotel. Hotel is located right off the beach and has excellent access to the beach. The breakfast was excellent and the staff maintained all the great breakfast items for their guess and Carter to individual needs as well. I will definitely return in the future.

Great stay - only one (unlucky) minor issue!

Great location, minutes away from the beach although the beach is shared with other hotels so not as private as advertised. Room was great, breakfast service was also really good & overall our experience was fab! Not far from the airport, good food & drinks options nearby - Sangria at a bar on the beach called Casita was our favourite! We had an issue with AC unit leaking in our room but other than that was a great stay!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Had a problem with A/C but they came and fixed it promptly. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. A few more sockets particularly near a mirror would be good but that is me just being picky!
