I traveled for business purposes so I did not used all the available resources in the hotel but I had a very good breakfast in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and explained to me where I can find the breakfast room, my room, Wi-Fi password and answered all my questions. I stayed in the new renovated room so if you are going to be locked in one of them the shower will turn with a few minutes delay which is normal so be patient. There is lactose free milk for breakfast too. I do recommend the hotel very much.

Old hotel

I don't know if there are any rooms in the main building but I was in the neighbouring building in a small room on the second floor. I know the hotel is old, but the room really need some spicing up. The whole atmosphere is early 70s. Breakfast is good with all you can ask for. Even the bacon was nicely cooked, not the sloppy strips you get in so many hotels. Next time I will try to get another room in the annex. These room seem more modern.

Hotel is in the city centre where there are restrictions on driving. Took a while to find the hotel but once there the receptionist(s) were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely large room and a lovely meal in their restaurant/bar.

stop and relax

very pleasant hotel in an interesting little town. The hotel bar has an English theme. We were accommodated in the annexe which is a short walk from the main hotel (50M) We were travelling on motorbikes so I am unsure of the parking situation for cars. If you are thinking of visiting the bunker museum you should check the opening hours as they are limited. We were here in early May so it may change in the high season.

This review is for the apartment #101 in the Annex, which we were told has only been available since May, 2025. Although it appeared to be newly renovated, the decor was tacky, cheap, and not well thought out. In the kitchen there was no dish soap, no dish scrubber, no dish towels, and minimal cooking utensils. There was a small bottle of olive oil, but no salt, pepper, or other spices or condiments. The lamp hanging above the small dining table was just a bare bulb at face level, very obnoxious. The bedside tables were tiny and barely reachable from the bed. The window blinds in the bathroom could not be closed for privacy. There were several empty vases on the window ledges, and all the vases had to be removed and put on the floor in order to close the any of the blinds. Although this apartment has potential, it needs a lot of work before it would be a satisfactory lodging.

Nok de dårligste senge vi har prøvet i mange år. Frygtelig bløde og slidte. Rengøringen er semi ok, på værelset, de kommer i hvert fald ikke helt rundt i hjørner og under sengen. Restauranten var virkelig elendig. Mega sløv og langsom betjening, med undtagelse af en ung gut, som passede den udendørs del af restauranten. Han fandt bord til os indendørs. Efter 15-20 minutter kom han ind igen og spurgte om vi havde fået hjælp, det havde vi ikke, så han gjorde hvad han kunne. Men resten af holdet var virkelig langsomme. Havde mere travlt med at sætte glas og bestik på plads bag baren end tage imod bestillinger, et par ved nabobordet rejste sig og gik pga deres langsommelighed. Maden vi fik, var så heller ikke noget at skrive om… køkkenet er ikke godt, Sorry to say. Så vælg andet overnatning og spisested
