Der nächtliche Check In war alles andere als Serviceorientiert. Leider eine nicht so schöne Erfahrung, was wir aber vor Ort klären konnten. Die Zimmer kannten wir von einem vorherigen Aufenthalt - leider sind die Badezimmer ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles kaputt an Schränken - vieles Verkalkt! Duschkopf zB. - Ansonsten war es okay. Klimaanlage ist prima!

Decent size & clean room with comfy beds. A good location for Phantasialand and easy parking. Breakfast was at Hotel Babylon Royal (200m walk), which had a good selection of food & drink options.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft OK für ein Paar Nächte. Leider sind die Zimmer Wände sehr dünn so das man leider alles hören kann. Alles ist sehr provisorisch angebracht/zusammen gebaut. Die Matratzen sind leider auch schon sehr durch gelegen. Wir haben leider nicht besonders gut geschlafen. Nur der Preis macht es akzeptabel

Grosses Zimmer, ein Ehebett, 3er Stockbett für Kinder, Kleiderschrank, TV, Klimaanlage, Tisch und Stühle und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Bad war mit einer Regendusche, Toilette und Waschbecken mit Spiegel und Föhn ausgestattet. Für eins oder zwei Nächte und einem Besuch in den Europa Park völlig ausreichend. Zimmer war im Grossen und Ganzen sauber, allerdings lag noch Staub unter dem Tisch. Im Bad fehlt leider ein Handtuchaufhänger, ansonsten war das Bad auch gut. Frühstück war das einzige Manko. Es war zwar alles da für ein einfaches Frühstück aber alles etwas lieblos angerichtet. Zum Frühstück muss man einen kurzen Fussweg in Kauf nehmen zum Schwesternhotel Babylon Royal. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würden wir wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und waren leider komplett unzufrieden, nicht nur das dass Bett bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht hat, durften wir bis ca.22:30uhr die Geräuschkulisse des angrenzenden Asia Restaurants genießen, und nein wir hatten die Fenster nicht auf. Vor unserer Tür zur Terrasse befand sich eine Baustelle so wie Platz um dort Baumittel usw. Abzustellen. Das Bad war sehr verlebt und schmutzig, und an den sicherungsdosen gingen die Kabel heraus. Alle in allem sehr unzufrieden

Grande chambre et grande salle de bain, parfait pour 4. C'est le seul point positif. Insonorisation inexistante, lit superposé qui grince au moindre mouvement, draps housse déchirés, oreiller peu confortable. Le petit déjeuner à prendre dans un bâtiment un peu plus loin c'est l'usine, le jus d'orange était infect pour le reste le sucré de qualité moyenne, pas gouté le salé. Proche des parcs mais sinon rien d'attractif. Le rapport qualité/prix est loin du compte heureusement que j'ai utilisé ma nuit bonus.

Positive : superbe insonorisation, un réfrigérateur, accueil super sympa, à 6 min en voiture d'Europa Park, proche de beaucoup de restaurants, d'une pompe à essence et de chargeurs Tesla. Négative : Chambre familiale pour 6 personnes, trop petite, avec une seule salle de bain, un seul wc, une seule petite armoire. Deux serviettes tachées sur 8, beaucoup de poussière sur les hauteurs du mobilier et sur le bord de la faïence de la salle de bain, des traces noires sur le sol dans la douche, la douche qui ne fonctionne pas correctement, le meubles de la salle de bain était abîmé par l'eau et sans poignée, l'hôtel ne répondent pas aux messages Expedia ou par mail. Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans un autre bâtiment. Pas assez de stationnement.

Hotel ist von Außen sehr schön, auch innen die Gänge und die lobby sind schön gestaltet. Im Zimmer selber aber trügt der Schein. Möbel runtergekommen, Wände sind nicht richtig verputzt, Bettbezug dreckig, nirgendwo irgendwelche Deko oder sonstiges. Frühstück Buffet war großzügig, aber wir waren bei Eröffnung des Buffets sofort dort und die meisten Sachen waren bereits kalt (Eier usw.). Für eine Nacht gehts

Frühstück wirklich gut. Findet im Partnerhotel 150 Meter entfernt statt. Zimmer hat alles was man zum Übernachten braucht und ist sauber. Kommen wieder.

Lovely large room with plenty of space. Big double bed and bunk beds, lovely bathroom with rainforest shower. Air con was lovely and cold. Lovely quiet area and perfect if you are going to Europapark or Rulantica as it’s only a 5 minute drive away. Staff were great and breakfast is very very good. Wonderful selection of bread, pastries, cold meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurts and hot breakfast. Pancakes and omelettes also cooked to order. Would definitely stay again.
