The room was really clean and the air con was great. This hotel is ideally situated if you want to go to Rulantica (6 min drive) or Europa (10 min drive). We also took a day in Colmar which was about 50 mins away. Have stayed in both a bungalow and the hotel now and had a great stay both times.
The bungalows especially are very nice to stay in. Ive been hebre 5 times in the last year (old and new isnership).
The biggest issue i have is the 10 euro a day to park your car. It used to be free.
The underground garage is only 5 euros more … it will be very full in the winter becuse they ask 10 euro for a normal, outside parking spot.
The bar needs to be much more alive in the evening, its pretty dead.
Other than those critiques, im always extremely satisfied when staying here.
Friendly staff, and just a nice , comfortable hotel.
For its price.
Great little find.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow which was ideal for a family of 4.
The separate bedrooms are leading off the kitchen and seating area.
The kitchen area is well stocked and I’m the seating area is spacious.
There are a few supermarkets nearby.
Would highly recommend the bungalows. Which have parking included.
We had a wonderful stay at Voya. The 2 bedroom villa was just as listed on the photos, very clean, and cozy and the most comfortable bedding I’ve slept on this trip. There is parking for the villas which was convenient. The location was very convenient to Europa Park which was the reason for our stay. There are a few restaurants and gas stations nearby making it a convenient stay. We did not the breakfast but they did have free coffee. There was not a laundry facility but we drove nearby to a wash me before departing. Everything was perfect except we did have someone come into the room unexpectedly while we were inside. He did apologize but this is definitely a safety concern that we could not lock and secure the room while inside.
Our stay has been perfect. The room was perfectly clean, nicely designed and enough spacious. The bed was comfy with two nice pillows each to accomodate different preferences.
The bathroom has towel heater.
The gym at the ground floor is well set up,
The location is great, very convenient with a gas station close by, close to the highway and still very quiet.
The breakfast is nice, maybe a little bit pricey.
All in all, i think it’s an excellent option when visiting the christmas markets.
Very spacious accommodation in the external bungalows. They were equally very clean and well stocked. Only suggestion is that they have a bit of coffee / tea stocked for the first morning.
Europa Park is about 7-8 minutes away, making for a stress free arrival, yet far enough away to be very quiet.
This was one of the nicest places we stayed in our whole trip (5 weeks). We had a two bedroom bungalow which was very modern and comfortable.
Major pluses:
The kids had their own bedroom with proper beds (separate single beds and not sofa / pullout style);
**TWO** toilets!
Clothing storage in both bedrooms including hanging space;
Free self-serve coffee in the reception area;
Plush carpet and very large couch;
Very convenient to Europa Park.
I had a wonderful stay at Four-side Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to europa park. a fantastic experience that I would gladly recommend!
They upgraded our room since it was our anniversary. The rooms were Large and very clean. No coffeemaker in the room but in the lobby there was a 24hour open coffee machine and it was free of charge that was a bonus. And the breakfast had limited options but very nice and fresh. The products were being replenished constantly. Last but not least it was 6 min Walk to train station. And in 2 min Walk there was a very nice italian buffet that we had on the day of our anniversary.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall, this hotel is a decent alternative to Europa-Park hotels. The location is very convenient (5–10 minutes by car from the park), the staff is genuinely friendly, and the breakfast quality was surprisingly good despite the limited selection compared to E-P resorts.
Visually, the hotel is modern, bright, and gives a great first impression. However, after spending a few days there, several comfort and maintenance issues started to stand out.
The biggest downside is the lack of any food service besides breakfast, which becomes inconvenient after long days at the park especially at night. The Explorer Unit also does not really justify the price difference compared to the standard room.
Cleanliness was acceptable at first glance, but there was a noticeable amount of dust under furniture, especially under the sofa bed and TV unit. The rooms are a bit dusty. We also found the bedding extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses are overly soft, split into two separate parts, and you constantly slide toward the middle gap during the night.
The air conditioning was another major issue. It constantly alternates between blowing very cold air and stopping, causing frequent micro wake-ups during the night. Combined with poor bedding, it made resting properly very difficult after long hot days at E-P.
In the end, the hotel looks nice and the staff is kind, but for the price, there are too many comfort issues preventing the stay from feeling truly relaxing.
Excellent family appointment with everything that family needs in the kitchen. It was very hot weather at our visit dates so the air conditioner wasn't efficient enough to cool the full volume. The living room is the only roombthat was cooled
Wish I could give more stars! Midway through a long Europe trip, it was nice to have two full bedrooms in the “Adventure Lodge” bungalows. It also has an extra half bathroom, which isn’t in the description. The room is very clean, the beds comfortable, A/C works great, and the water pressure is the best we’ve come across. But most impressive were the outstanding staff. At check-in, two employees were very helpful. On our second day, we had questions and a request. The woman working at the front desk (I think Melani) was amazing. She provided solutions before I even asked and advised us how to get to our destination after our transportation plans fell through and we didn’t have a backup plan. I’m a frequent traveler and can’t recall a time I’ve ever received such great service. Highly recommend this hotel.
