Construction on the building next to it and it’s was very noise, windows doesn’t close because of that it’s very loud noise from the wind, poor tv system channels for kids, no room service, poor breakfast. Very quick service when ir comes to complaints. The front desk was very helpful with check in early.

Linens were stained, room needs to an upgrade. Bathroom and kitchen needs to be remolded. View and location is great !! But they need to remodel ASAP.

Right on Copacabana beach!! Amazing location, easily walkable, several grocery stores nearby, felt comfortable walking around at night. Stayed here with kids. These units are in an apartment building, with a security gate and 24-hour desk at the front door. Very kind and lovely man at the front desk; he didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Portuguese, but we communicated just fine and he was very sweet. The room: had an incredible view of the beach (ocean view)!! A/C did not work very well, room was always hot and muggy. Kitchenette: 2-burner gas (!!) stove, tiny sink, small selection of dishes. Sink leaked onto kitchen floor. Bathroom: tiny, but got the job done. Had to buy our own bath mat. Beds: sheets and pillows didn’t seem clean; we were only there a couple days and didn’t bother to mention it; the room was so inexpensive we figured all you’re paying for is the view. Wifi worked well.

I really loved the place, however I would suggest the host to supply cleaning products to stays that are longer than 4 days. Detergent, flooring product and perhaps an extra set of sheets and towels.

‼️‼️‼️I absolutely cannot recommend this property. My experience was extremely disappointing and, honestly, unacceptable. The bed sheets, duvets, pillows and towels were disgusting and appeared very dirty and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was one of the biggest problems during our stay, and it seriously affected our experience. The property needs a major improvement in cleaning standards and basic bedding and towel quality. If the hosts are going to advertise the property with new or updated photos, I strongly recommend that they actually invest in replacing the bedding, duvets, pillows, towels and improving the overall cleanliness of the property. I was not the only person who felt this way. Myself and the friends staying with me all rated this property 0 out of 10. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The place is nothing like the pictures; the listing is completely misleading and nothing like what we experienced. This place was absolutely disgusting and the worst I have ever seen as a traveler. The entire building, including our room, was completely infested with cockroaches and flies (perhaps due to the filth and food crumbs left from not cleaning the room.) The building and room were also filthy, there were stains on almost every available surface, including the sheets. There was NO RUNNING WATER (and we were obviously not informed that there would be no water.) We checked out early and left within the day; the hotel refused to engage with us about these problems and refused to refund us for the rest of the stay despite clear documentation of the vermin, lack of any running water, and filth. The hotel staff were incredibly rude in the few interactions we could get out of them, and completely refused to help us or refund the stay. I consider myself a fairly low maintenance traveler and have never in my life had an experience like this. Please listen to me and DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING, you will regret it. This place should not be listed as is, or at all.

Antigo, simples, mas com excelente localização

O apartamento é bem antigo e com pouco conforto, mas a vista é lindíssima. A cozinha é mini e está disponível apenas um frigobar. A localização e a praticidade foram a melhor parte, porque as chaves ficam com o porteiro e se está perto de tudo.

Custo beneficio até bom, porque da localização, mais é simples, não tem luxo, fomos em 4 amigos, foi pra farra, entao deu pra ficar legal. A foto não tem nada haver com o lugar, a cozinha é mínima.
