Internet was a bit spotty for me but worked well for my sister. We noticed a mini bar can of soda had exploded and we mentioned in on checkout and they got upset we hadn’t immediately notified them. Otherwise enjoyed our stay as it is centrally located and the area felt pretty safe.

We specifically booked this hotel because we would have five days in Rio de Janeiro and knew that we would be spending some downtime at the hotel and it was one with the pool. First day we got there. The pool was operational so we had planned to swim the next day after we went to Christ the redeemer. We get back in the pool has no water in it and they said they had to do emergency repairs and that it would be open the next day. The pool didn’t open the rest of the five days that we were at the hotel and it was just a very big letdown. We wish that we would’ve talked to them about putting us in a different hotel with a pool after the first day, but we are promised that it would be open the next day. Then on the third day of the trip, one of the two elevators broke and we were left with one elevator between 11 floors. The wait time was horrible. Other than these complaints, the staff was great. The breakfast was great and the room was great.

Small and dark room. No noise reduction and you have to sleep with ear plugs. A lot of noise from people and the elevator. I will never recommend this place.

Péssimo ! Fujam !

TODOS OS DIAS as 4:55 h da madrugada, o hotel liga um motor que leva agua para a caixa d’agua no 12º andar, um BARULHO ABSURDO, alto mesmo !! Conversei com outros hospedes dos quartos final 04,05,06 e 07 TODOS reclamaram. As 5:00h reclamei na recepção, sem solução, disseram q não tem como desligar o motor . Me ofereceram mudar de quarto, mas teria q ser rápido, pq colocariam outro hospede no meu quarto, indaguei se colocariam outra pessoa naquele quarto mesmo sabendo do barulho, Responderam q se o proximo reclamar e tiver quarto eles mudam, se não reclamar vai ficar naquele quarto mesmo.

Custo-benefício excelente!

Vale o custo benefício. Muito bem localizado, região próxima a beira-mar de Copacabana (3 quadras), vários restaurantes e comércio. A estrutura é um pouco antigas, mas tudo bem, se o objetivo é aproveitar o RJ em férias.

O hotel precisa de uma atualização nos quartos, TV antiga e paredes necessitando de pintura. A limpeza deixou a desejar, havia manchas na roupa de cama e cabelos no ralo da pia/chuveiro.
