The location is perfect because the Metro is near by, you can go to the Aterro do Flamengo beach without car, the breakfast is amazing, full of options. The most important is the staff, they are nice, kind and professional! I love it my staying there and I really recommend it!

We stayed here for its proximity to the US consulate. We loved this little hotel! The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the rooftop because of the pool and the view. They serve a continental breakfast every morning which is great because you don't have to go out. Theere are several homeless people around the hotel which can be scary at night. If you're going to the consulate, there is an alley right next to the hotel that you can take and it cuts the travel time down. I don't suggest getting food from the hotel restaurant Ramal 215 because they're rude and the food was terrible. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The staff is wonderful and it's a convenient place to stay but the internet is spotty and intermittent in the rooms from time to time. Outside of that it is an excellent place to stay and economical compared to other hotels.

A WONDERFUL HOTEL

It was a nice hotel to stay in but the only problem it was the intermittent internet service. However, as I was leaving they are redoing the wiring for the internet service so I expect some serious improvements by my next visit.

Localização excelente, apesar de estar bem no centro do rio me senti segura, ruas bem movimentadas, e com um segurança na porta do hotel, funcionários simpáticos e bem atenciosos, café da manhã ok muita opção de pão, não servem pão de queijo que pra quem gosta faz falta, curti muito minha estadia, só um ponto negativo é a taxa de R$20,00 reais para guardar as malas antes do check-in e checkout, pois minha passagem era para a noite e checkout tem que ser as 12:00, mas pagamos sem problemas, mais sabemos que há hotéis que não cobram essa taxa e fazem por cortesia, fora isso, amei e voltaria mais vezes sim.

Eu gosto do hotel, porém nas ultimas vezes tem deixado a desejar, por exemplo: 1)os travesseiros são altos e muitíssimo duros; 2) A TV não tem mais canais fechados, Youtube, Globonews, etc. Acho que TV a cabo não pode faltar!!, uma pena!!
