Room was not cleaned, had to ask TWICE when it should have been cleaned without having to ask at all. Asking second time at midnight I was ignored in customer service line for other people to be dealt with and once spoken to had to wait another 30 minutes for rrom to be cleaned

Precisa melhorar

O local nao tem muita coisa proximo entao se estiver sem carro recomendo uma area mais movimentada. O quarto precisa de uma reforma, paredes sujas, lençóis manchados e porta do box que nao fechava deixando o banheiro molhado. A equepe foi extremamente simpática entao esse é um ponto positivo

Hotel bom, mas precisa de manutenção, o elevador faz um barulho super alto quando chega ao andar, vc fica acordando a noite toda. Apesar de ter solicitado várias vezes para a manutenção verificar, nada foi feito.

A estadia em si foi boa, pois o hotel está num local muito bom. Porém o atendimento de recepção é muito antipático, com exceção do funcionário Josué, que fez de tudo para sentirmos em casa, além de ser uma excelente pessoa. Deveriam todos os demais serem atenciosos e educados como ele.

Foi ótima, o quarto tinha tudo necessário. Somente a televisão que poderia ser smart TV, mas nao da para assistir muito, melhor curtir o Local conhecendo. Ibis no Centro, mais barato de SP. Está em uma localização que está sendo revitalizada. Faculdades, espaços corporaisa, hotéis. Apesar de dar nota 5 em tudo, faço uma ressalva. Deveriam dar como cortesia o estacionamento. Não vejo sentido em pagar estacionamento na rede Ibis.

Conforto, vista incrível e localização perfeita

O atendimento da recepção durante o dia poderia ser mais atencioso com os recentes hóspedes, mas fora isso, a experiência foi excelente. O quarto é aconchegante, com uma vista maravilhosa e localização privilegiada próximo a atrações como museu, aquário, roda-gigante e muito mais. Para quem chega de ônibus, a rodoviária fica apenas 3 minutos do hotel, com o aeroporto e o VLT por perto, facilitando muito a locomoção.
