โHotel Mango โ Convenient & Relaxing Stay Near SJO Airport
I stayed at Hotel Mango before an early flight out of SJO, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient for the airport, which made my travel stress-free. The ambiance around the pool and the restaurant was lovelyโrelaxed, inviting, and a nice little oasis before heading out. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the airport.โ
โPerfect for a late arrival into San Jose before heading out for the week. Our flight arrived 11:30pm and the shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes, another 5 minute drive and check I. Was quick and easy being in bed by 12am. Most of the car rental agencies are in the same parking lot and after a decent breakfast I picked up the car and on the road by 9:15 am. โ
โI like this place because it was so close to the airport and not real expensive. We only stayed one night so we could catch our plane early in the morning. At first I wasnโt sure how safe the area was when we first pulled up but once we stayed for a little while and watched the people walking around the streets we realized it was very safe. Perfect for what we needed โ
โVERY Clean and helpful, I arrived an hour before check-in and was able to get my room right away. City Mall, Wal-Mart, and restaurants are within walking distance. โ
โWhat an amazing find close to the airport! Edward was proactive in communicating and very hospitable. He picked us up at the airport and took us to our rental car the next day. Our room was spotless, spacious and minutes from the airport. We did not explore the area as we arrived late and left early the next morning. I wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again if in the area. If you need an inexpensive clean room, this is the place to book. โ
โGreat airport hotel option in San Jose..comfortable beds, quiet so you get a good nights sleep before early travelโฆand the staff continues to be the best part! From the shuttle driver to the amazing receptionist to the great employee in the gift shopโฆall smiles and extremely helpful..great experience! โ
โFamily own business that treats you like their own. Very nice, clean and close to the airport. The best part is that they also have a restaurant so you don't have to look for places to eat. They have laundry service too. โ
โWould like to see a wash towel offer in the shower and a box of kleenex in the bathroom.
Didn't find any instructions for the operation of the TV, that would be helpful

โIt was so convenient to walk around everywhere in San Jose! The host was very kind and accommodating even though I didnโt speak much Spanish. I would stay here again!โ
โThe property is very nice, comfortable and 24 hr gate security. No one can and will get past the entry gate if you are not a guest. Very quiet, clean and AC worked wonderfully ๐ฏ. The water went out a few times but this comes with the country happenings .. Staff very nice and helpful. You will need a car or UBER to move around. FYI driving in Costa Rica is a nightmare .. please consider your plans. I am a native but live in the US.. would definitely stay again . โ
