“Staff often gave incorrect information. I feel like this was done to get you out of their face or pass you on to someone else. We had a group of 6 and we wanted to eat at the Steakhouse, which requires a reservation. We were told that one person could book and to place the number of people in the comments. When we arrived the only person allowed to dine was the one that made the reservation. Another problem was getting clean towels in my room and at the pool. I reserved the steam room/ jacuzzi...

“This was the worst place I ever stayed. It says all-inclusive but the choices are limited. They ran out of beer, no fruit or deserts available and there’s no meat offered during breakfast. Once the dinner closes you have no other options. No entertainment on the property whatsoever. The rooms are old and outdated. Apparently this resort is having some financial issues. we had to go to the market and buy sandwich meat and bread in case we got hungry later in the evening. I do not recommend this...

“This hotel is peaceful and perfect for a couples vacation. The housekeeping wasn’t really cleaning for example our sheets became dirty instead of them changing the sheets they made the bed up with the exact sheet on opposite side, they left the garbage and the cups of alcohol that were left on the mini fridge. Other than that the property is amazing food is amazing bartenders will have those drinks coming. It wasn’t to crowded as it is a small all inclusive resort. I will definitely be staying...

“The JW Marriott was the perfect weekend getaway. The staff were friendly, and very attentive to your needs. I opted out of the All inclusive package, but guests confirmed that several on site restaurants were up to standard and near worth it. The sandbar was convenient, and offered the opportunity to watch the World Cup. The property overall was spacious, and grounds were well kept. “It was much prettier and amazing in person. Clean room, loved having a dehumidifier . Daily room cleaning was great. Staff was friendly . We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Swim up bar was awesome. Swim up bar is a warmed pool. Moneys were right outside of our room and we were able to watch them .”
