"Hotel is very clean. Staff was very helpful. Food was good but wish there were more options other than pork. It was too cold to try the pool but it was very clean! I will definitely return to this hotel. Nothing bad to report at all. We did premium and half board for definitely worth it. They have free wine in premium as well. "

From the moment we checked in, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We received a beautiful upgrade that made our stay even more special, and every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The managers here are truly top-notch — you can tell they take pride in what they do and that they genuinely care about the guest experience. My wife and I normally aren’t fans of all-inclusive resorts, but this property completely changed our minds. The quality of the food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and varied with something for everyone. Every restaurant offered a different vibe, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and the level of service everywhere we went. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains. It’s perfectly maintained and easy to get around. We were originally planning to stay at the Andaz or the Four Seasons, but we’re so happy we chose Planet Hollywood. It’s in the same gorgeous area and delivers an experience that rivals those luxury brands, but with a fun, laid-back energy that makes it feel even more special. "Stayed 3 nights. Safe hotel, good parking with lots of staff around. Beautiful landscaping. Very good breakfast buffet. The housekeeper, Laura, was exceptional and room very comfortable and clean. Suggest using shower shoes as the shower was slippery. Short one block walk to upscale restaurants and grocery store and The Moose, a wonderful coffee shop with great food selection. Hotel pool was not heated and there was no elevator to second floor room. Also no written material in the room on hotel services, so you must ask front desk about anything. "
