“All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. “The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Any time we walked by the lobby there was someone to greet us and offer help with anything that we may need. We loved the adult-only aspect and the resort always felt peaceful and relaxing. The hot springs were perfect after walking around town or doing other excursions and it was nice to have our own private hotsprings away from all the rest of the tourists. We stayed at 2 resorts on our trip and this is the one we would definitely come back to!”
