“Large, clean room. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and coffee and all the dishes needed to eat in. Several choices for breakfast and they were good. Restaurant on site that was busy for dinner. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with lots of birds and a great volcano view. Quick drives to town, coffee and chocolate tours, waterfall, hot springs and grocery stores. Great place for a couple of nights or longer. ”

“Villa has amazing views of the volcano. Felt very private and peaceful. Space was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor tub in the evenings. Great location. Would stay here again. ”

Pool and hot tub were nice. Calm crowd. The complimentary hot breakfast was also yummy. Drive to downtown La Fortuna is about 30 minutes and not bad at all. ”

“The staff was so welcoming and helpful!! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The pillows were very clean plump so beware stomach sleepers. We were on the second floor and took advantage of sitting on the balcony to watch the birds. Bonus - a sloth was 10’ from our breakfast table. Definitely recommend. ”

“We enjoyed our time here. It’s a beautifully kept property with a great view of tropical plants and many birds from the weather protected porch. Most of our stay was very quiet- because nobody was in the adjoining units. We did hear one neighbor’s conversation one night in the next unit when that was occupied. We heard 14 different (verified by app) bird songs in ten minutes one morning. Staff was helpful. The room was nicely equipped and clean. The bed could be softer but we still slept OK....

“The bungalows are a bit rustic, which I loved. My bungalow was very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The AC works well. There’s an area by the sink to hang clothes. The refrigerator is spacious. The desk was perfect for me to set up my laptop. I needed to borrow an adapter from the front desk, which was no problem. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.”

“The room was spotless. We came during Christmas just to lay in the hot springs. The whole property was lit up and very festive. The welcoming treat and personal touches in our room were the icing on the cake. The breakfast was full of choices. The resort is located close to La Fortuna town and many great excursions. We will definitely return here again. ”

“The address is confusing since it is to the next door property but we eventually found the place it. It is nice please, 10 to 45 minutes drive to any thing you need, easy parking. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was good enough. ”
