"Fue la mejor estancia que tuve en Costa Rica. El Hotel está espectacular, desde que llegamos está entre la jungla. El personal es muy amable. Steve fue una de las personas que nos atendió y fue un gusto conocerlo y compartir con el. La comida y bebidas están súper ricas. Las aguas termales son excelentes y están abiertas asta muy tarde. El volcán lo puedes apreciar desde la piscina o desde el restaurante. Tener tu propio jacuzzi con agua termales es muy recomendable. Lo que me gustaría que ofrecieran en casa es un tipo de tienda con helados. Se puede apreciar también varios tipos de aves y lagartos. 100% recomendado"

"This place is stunning! The pools and springs were a huge hit with our large group and the grounds are breathtaking. Beautiful view of the volcano and very easily accessible to all of the activities you would want to do in the area. The included breakfast was a gem with an omlett station and delicious plantains and local cuisine. We saw a toucan, sloth and so many other birds on the property."

"Our 2 bedroom villa was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, A/C worked great and we loved the private pool. They provide toiletries and hairdryers. There is a small kitchen area with a coffee maker and mini fridge, no microwave. The only thing we missed was not having a living room to hang out together in, but there is plenty of seating on the porch. Beware the doors lock automatically when you shut them so if you are going out on the porch or pool make sure to take your key. The grounds are absolutely amazing, so lush and beautiful and a perfect view of the volcano. We saw so many birds including a toucan in the trees right outside our villa. It is a bit of a walk from the lobby to the rooms as they are spread out across the property. That makes it feel very private, but if you need help getting around they can give you a ride in a golf cart. We enjoyed the free breakfast and one morning we had to leave before breakfast and the front desk got us to go breakfasts (we requested the night before). The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant the night we arrived. The food was delicious but very expensive. There is also food available at the pool which was very good and cheaper. The pool water is very warm, it felt so good! We took Ubers into La Fortuna and to various activities, it’s a short ride to get around and very affordable. The lush, spacious property feels very secluded, yet is still just a 15 minute uber ride to town."

"I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 2 of the 3 nights we had booked. The rooms were fine; bare amenities, a very high and ill-functioning rainfall shower head which made showering difficult, and much more rustic than the pictures make them look. The walls between rooms are very thin, and our neighbors were partying into the night. On our second night, we noticed an ant infestation in the bathroom. Hoards of ants were streaming out of the broken tiles on the wall, carrying their eggs. We are used to the occasional bug in a Costa Rican hotel room, but this was beyond our comfort level. We used Raid on the ants nest before they could spread more. The next morning, we decided to not stay our final night, and showed Maria (the receptionist on duty) the infestation. She agreed that it was beyond acceptable, and told us that she would refund us our final night. 10 days later, I’ve called and whatsapped the hotel every day asking for an update on the refund, just to get the run-around. If you’re going to promise something, you should deliver. We were also disappointed with the “hot” springs. They claim to only pump hot water into the pools “every 3 hours,” but we checked the temperature throughout the day and it was never above tepid."
