“There was no laundry room”

“Beautiful! It's safe and gorgeous. We were upgraded to a bigger unit without asking. Great view of the marina, really nice pool. It was never crowded at the pool. Walked to the beach and along the beach each morning. Gustavo was so nice and helpful.”

“We loved our stay and the place grew on us. Rooms could use a place for cloths and suitcase as they aren’t big and a coffee pot. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a small market but it doesn’t have fresh fruit or veggies and limited for lunch or breakfast items. Loved how staff booked tours which were very small. ”

There was in the evening a type of ants climbing on the walls inside our room, The management didn’t care. They didn’t bother us while we were sleeping. It wasn’t a high-end place, but it was nice. It wasn’t close to any towns, but it was OK.”

“We had the most amazing stay at the W. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will say that the room was a little “lived in”. The leather was very worn on the sofa and there were stains on the throws. However, the property is beautiful, the staff was more than helpful, kind and accommodating and the food was fantastic. “We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit.”

“We ended up bailing after one night here and eating the cost. We were not able to get a refund. The hotel had some construction going on around the to be restaurant area. The pool was in the far corner, with only one beach lounger and algae growth. There were loungers on the roof, but absolutely no shade, so not a great place to spend the day. “Ocean View from my balcony. 5 minute walk downstairs to the beach area. Pool is good. Breakfast is basic but delicious. Room is super spacious as well as restroom. AC is excellent. ”
