“This property is a “Diamond in the rough”. The location is perfect. A half block from the main Beach (the moneys show up around 4-5 pm) and tons of shops, restaurants, bars and all things fun rentals. The staff were superb as was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. There seems to be something entertaining going on every day or evening in the bar/restaurant area and the pool area was a perfect oasis. “We stayed four days in April 2026. The property is wonderful, with an extensive beach, great pool and wonderful staff. The restaurant is very good, lots of variety and lots of food. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and a good menu. Our room was clean and the Air Conditioning was good. The hounds are extensive, trees, shrubs and Howler monkey in the trees. Would stay there again. ”

The beds were comfortable and clean. They provided way more than enough towels which was nice. However I felt like the place needed upgrades and wasn’t worth the big price. “Hotel Villa Acacia in Playa Hermosa was a great pick for us and I recommend this place for accommodations. Very quiet, lovely grounds, nice small pool area, and our room suited our need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts included was a bonus and was delicious. Location was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. ”
