"Honnêtement les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à se que nous avons reçus. La nourriture au buffet était toujours la même et ils n’avais que 5 choix plus des hot dogs. Mais manger sa tout la semaine c’était pas top. De plus, nous avons eu beaucoup de problème avec la navette fournie par l’hôtel. Nous n’avons pas eu de réponses avant notre arriver pour confirmer la navette donc nous avons pris l’initiative de commander un taxi cependant l’hôtel a écouter nos plusieurs messages sur leur répondeur et nous avais finalement envoyé la navette. Donc nous avons payer en double pour l’aller et la navette fournie pour le retour finalement n’était pas comprise donc nous l’avons payer aussi. Le seul point positif que je dirais c’est que l’hôtel se situe proche de la plage et qu’il y a 3 piscine. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de chaise longue. Et vous devez être en capacité de pouvoir marcher car les chambres si situés dans une cote apique qu’il faut monter à chaque fois que vous voulez allez à la piscine, manger, aller à la plage, dormir, aller a la réception. Sur le site aussi, il est indiqué qu’il y a des manèges ( ceux-ci sont en arrêt) et les restaurants ne sont pas ouvert."

"Hotel Villa Acacia in Playa Hermosa was a great pick for us and I recommend this place for accommodations. Very quiet, lovely grounds, nice small pool area, and our room suited our need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts included was a bonus and was delicious. Location was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. "

"Best small pool ever met in motels. Kitchen is equipted not bad, but not enough plates and chef knifes, no bottles opener. Parking is convenient. Overall good place, grocery store is beside. "

The property is beautiful, new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with modern technology and fast, reliable internet. All materials feel high-quality and comfortable, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is unforgettable — it feels like being outdoors, with a stunning stone wall where rainwater flows naturally during rainfall, turning a simple shower into a magical experience. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, including a multicooker, a large refrigerator with ice, and everything needed for cooking. The sleeping area was amazing — a huge comfortable bed, soft linens, and thoughtful details like bedside lighting and automatic phone charging. The only small thing missing was a full-length mirror, so I ended up using the bathroom door reflection — which actually made me smile every morning and became a cute little ritual. Eric personally showed us the property with pride and care, and you can truly feel the love he put into creating this space. He even prepared beach chairs and towels for us. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away and feels peaceful and uncrowded. Thank you, Eric — your dedication is deeply appreciated. We would happily return! "

"This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked."
